Form: Keep your wrists low. Thumb joints. Round fingers. Play with grippy fingerprint (not the tip not the flat). Don't get too deep into black keys. Keep wrists back far enough from keyboard. Sit up, adjust bench to support good posture. Power from the wrists. Fingers-push thumb-twist Pinky-both.
Practice habits to remember: Set a timer. Use a metronome. Practice in chunks! The build up from chunks. Practice chunks using the Rule of Five. Go slow, then work up to speed. Count to the metronome.
