Conditioning

  1. Watch your pick form, pointer and pick tip towards body, thumb perpendicular to pointer and along broad side of pick.  
  2. Remember to consider and visualize available options for parts.  
  3. Try to reduce information to simplest form, look for reduced payload notes or portions.  
  4. Exagerrated wrist twist picking.  
  5. Set an alarm for practice, read page at the beginning of practice to stay on track.
