Learning Chords and Building Good Habits

  1. Remember to focus on getting quality reps above all else.
  2. Build your chords from the lowest note to the highest, not in order of your fingers.
  3. Sit on the edge of your kitchen chair to make good posture automatic.
  4. Keep practicing the circled chords, C, D, E, A, and G. Make a chord progression using at least four of those chords.
  5. Keep practicing going up the fretboard and naming the notes.
  6. Check your page everyday before you practice, leave a comment after you finish practicing saying how it went.
