Visualize

1. Hold your pick right, use table trick if necessary.  
2. Allow give in pick grip.  
3. Focus on wrist twist strum or pick motion.  
4. Work on visualization. Visualize everything before you attempt it. Set your goal and assert your confidence and resolve to achieve it at a high level.  
5. Make sure to practice together.
