IWork on the chords for Black Sheep on guitar (Em, G, Bm7) one at a time, slowly fretting in order of the strings from low to high. Step up to going back and forth between two chords at a time once you have a good feel for each chord by itself, then two chords to a metronome, and finally the chords as they appear in the song.
Focus on trying to sing as loud as possible without having any facial reactions. Work on not reacting to your mistakes or reacting negatively in general. Practicing in front of a mirror can help if you’re not sure what sort of faces you might be making.
