- Remember good form and posture will make everything easier. Balance the weight of your body just right on the edge of your chair/bench so that you're supported, but forced to naturally have good posture.
- Your playing power comes from your wrists.
- Play with your thumb joint and, "fingerprints" of your fingers between the pad and the very tip.
- Keep your fingers round for strength and your palm concave, like holding a ball.
- Keep your wrists low, the highest point of your hands and wrists should be your primary knuckles at the base of your fingers.
- Practice with a metronome set to 60 BPM, practice in small chunks and build out.
