Up and Down (updated)

1. keep hand rotated and fingers spread so you can reach the f and g anytime.
2. Practice first two pages for high e string.  

1. Practice going up and down the first four frets of each string to the metronome and then practice just going down.  
2. Play on fingertips!
3. Remember to keep your folder with your guitar.
