Practice naming notes up and down each string.

Work on blues.
Sing letter notes as well as count.
Push through mistakes to learn from them.
Don’t fight your mind. Let it go if it shows up.
Inspection
Look closely at the notes and patterns. Try to understand how they’re the same and different.
Don’t worry about mistakes, they’re going to happen. Push through them to get Better at handling them. Try to keep singing for example if you r guitar playing goes off.
Muscle memory Hover fingers over next notes, but only press down when it’s time to pick.
Posture
Work on singing and playing the six notes B,C,D,E,F,G that we’ve learned and used on the B and E strings. Practice them in different combinations, going up and down, one string or both, mixing up, etc.
Work on 17 with good posture and an emphasis of focus.
Practice occasionally with eyes closed once you have 17 memorized.
Keep working on chords. Work on new pairs if possible.

Polish up 16. Record yourself playing it.
Work on switching from D major to Amin and from Dmaj to Emaj.
Patterns
Work on chords in pairs to metronome starting with Amin to Emaj. Gradually hood the chords for more beats before changing.
Work on exercise 16.
Play/prepare, get ready for the next note as soon as you can.
Feel your pick on the next string if it doesn’t need to be making sound already.
Pick down with the pick at an angle to slide the pick across the string.
Recognize patterns, know where the patterns breaks, try to understand why the part was written.
