  1. Work on keeping sticks low to pad between hits.

  2. Work on hitting in the center area of pad.

  3. use wrists up and down only, no twist.

  4. Play with equal force, play hard the whole time.

  5. Experiment with single hand faster tempos.

  6. count out loud consistently.

  7. keep using two hand slow with force exercise.

  8. Keep stick tips pointed towards each other with out crossing.

  2. If enough consistency up tempo.

  3. Play and count loud always.

  4. Work on playing left hand all four beats and right hand on beats 2 and 4. Count while playing.

  5. play from your wrists.

  6. play with metronome.

  7. Be serious. Play slow.

  1. Practice playing beats 1,2,3, and 4 with left hand and beats 2 and 4 with the right hand.

  2. Sustain sessions of playing for longer.

  3. Count loud out loud to the metronome. Make sure to start on the one.

  4. clap while counting to the metronome.

  5. Count and play with sticks loud to the metronome.

  6. Play with your wrists.

  7. hover, up, hit. Up and hit on their own beats.
