  5. Work on new page with each hand separate. Make sure to use the correct fingers. Count fingers to make sure you have it correct.

  6. Sing while playing, try to match the notes of the piano with your voice.

  7. Play with fingertips and round fingers.

  2. Cover up metronome numbers.

  3. play and count in time to metronome.

  4. play with fingertips on edge of black keys.

  5. Count yourself in to metronome before starting. Count short to metronome.

  6. Stay on time with metronome.

  7. Let fingers relax out.

  8. Work on black keys page in order. Don’t move on to the next part until you get the current one down.

  9. Always practice to the metronome at 60 beats per minute.

  10. Remember to have good posture, sit on edge of bench, feet flat, good base with legs.

  11. Use ball if necessary to remember to play with round fingers on good part of fingertips.

  12. Count yourself in before starting with metronome.

  13. Sing loud!
