Here's the link to the new version of our song:
- Figure out your fingerings and write them in as you move to work on each new chunk.
- Work on each hand separately, then as you put them together figure out which notes of the melody in the right hand happen at the same time as the notes you're playing in the left hand.
- Work on the chunks slowly without the metronome first, then add the metronome as you feel more comfortable playing the parts. Make sure you set the metronome correctly, either to 6/8, or to 2/4 and count 123 to each beat.
- Try to keep your hands, fingers, and arms relaxed especially while shifting, it will make it easier to play and sound smoother.
