Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
Hover and spread fingers. Make sure fingers are ready before you count yourself in.
Tune first each time you practice.
Work on exercise 4, measure by measure, then build it up.
Always play with a pick and metronome. Always count yourself in with the one on the right beat, and always song and count while playing.
Practice for at least a half hour.
Leave a comment when done saying what you did and how it went.
After serious then you can jam and have fun. Get to know your guitar.

Always practice to the metronome with counting and singing at 60 bpm.

Work on number 4 one measure at a time using the rule of five.
The rule of Five means to practice a part until you can play it five time in a row without making any mistakes before you move on.
Basic Essentials
Leave a comment after every practice during the week saying briefly what you worked and how it went.
Make sure right arm(with picking hand) rests on guitar.
Finish exercise 3 100% before moving on to #4.
Practice tuning. Move bit by bit, always turn in small tiny motions. Keep tuner on guitar and behind headstock. Hashtag equals sharp #.
Always look at left hand.
Never look at right hand. Go by feel and sound.
Practice singing every time you play.
Practice Notes
Work on exercises 1, 2, and 3 to the metronome while counting and singing at 60 bpm or slower.
Make sure to play on finger tips, no finger pads(flats).
Keep thumb on other side on neck.
Keep eyes on left hand.

Practice everyday for 30 minutes.
